AUSTIN, Texas, June 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- RetailMeNot, Inc. today announced that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Honey Science Corp. In the complaint, RetailMeNot alleges that Honey has infringed and continues to infringe four of RetailMeNot's patents, specifically U.S. Patents 9,626,688; 9,639,853; 9,953,335; and 9,965,769. These valuable patents protect RetailMeNot's pioneering developments in computer-related technologies, and Honey's unauthorized use of them enables key features of Honey's website and browser extensions. RetailMeNot's lawsuit therefore seeks both a permanent injunction and damages in an amount to be determined at trial.
